Uhm, surprised that cats can do things like that? one answer for you, SHUTTER SPEED. However it takes someone who genuinely cares for his cats to take great shots like Junko's, and they are fantastic.
P.S Cats are cool, it's just sad that many end up on the streets and shelters.
